Prospective Community Partners can use this form to share their information and get the conversation started on partnership opportunities with TN Members 1st, while current Community Partners can use this form to update their information at any time.

By checking ‘I have read and understand the disclosures and community partner participation information,’ you acknowledge that you will be contacted by our Community Relations Coordinator to discuss your interest form submission and potential next steps in community partnership. Filling out this form does not guarantee a position as a community partner of TN Members 1st.

Our partnership opportunities are not contractual and withdrawal can be done at any time by contacting the TN Members 1st marketing department at marketing@fcumail.org. All partnerships are reviewed on a regular basis by the credit union leadership team and Board of Directors.

Becoming a community partner with TN Members 1st does not guarantee a specific number or dollar amount of contributions from the credit union to the community partner each year.

In order to properly support our community partnerships, Tennessee Members 1st Federal Credit Union (TN Members 1st) requires the information above to be completed by an Authorized Representative of your organization. If selected as a community partner, completion of this form allows TN Members 1st to include your official logo and preferred organization name as we communicate our community partnership and support our Commitment to Community Initiative across our digital platforms including our website and social media channels.

If your organization is selected as a community partner you 1) acknowledge that your organization will need to complete the verification of community partnership form annually to remain an active Community Partner; 2) agree to add marketing@fcumail.org to your general mailing list or provide a link to annual report information to TN Members 1st FCU; and 3) agree to participate in 2+ Community Partner opportunities and/or activities per calendar year including any combination of events and promotional or customized participation opportunities outlined in the Annual Participation Form.

If your organization is selected as a community partner and you have chosen to not complete the above form in full, you will be contacted by our Community Relations Coordinator for detailed information BEFORE any acknowledgment of the community partnership is made public on credit union digital platforms.
