| Description: | Mark your calendars and join us at 6:30 pm, on Tuesday, March 25, at the American Museum of Science & Energy (AMSE) for our Tennessee Members 1st Federal Credit Union 78th Annual Meeting. Our annual Meeting is an opportunity for our members to engage with and participate in their membership. We also use it to report on the credit union's performance and elect our Board of Directors. This year’s Annual Meeting will be held in person, with no virtual attendance option. There is no cost to attend the Annual Meeting and eligible primary members are able to participate in prize drawings! Giveaways will also be available and attendees will have an opportunity to experience AMSE Exhibits.*
Board of Directors NominationsAre you interested in serving on our Board of Directors? This year, we will be electing multiple members to our Board of Directors. Biographies must be received no later than February 14, 2025. Any member in good standing is eligible to run for a place on the Board. If you’re interested in getting more involved within the community and working as part of a team to help drive the mission of the credit union forward, this is the perfect opportunity! YOUR ATTENDANCE DRIVES DONATIONSThis year, we’re excited to add an opportunity to give back during our Annual Meeting! For every in-person attendee, the credit union will provide a $10 donation to The Free Medical Clinic, one of our Community Partners. The Free Medical Clinic provides no-charge primary and medical care for low-income and uninsured residents of Anderson, Morgan, and Roane Counties of Tennessee and for partners enrolled in their medical service program including Telehealth options, access to free or discounted medications, special medical programs, treatments, imaging, tests, lab work, and preventative care with annual physicals.
SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE FOR A CHANCE TO WIN $50.^All primary or joint members in good standing are eligible for entry in our Member Testimonial Door Prize Drawing! Members can get up to three total entries by completing any of the steps below. The Member Testimonial Door Prize Drawing will take place live on our Instagram page on Wednesday, March 26 at 12:00 pm EST.
Annual Meeting FAQs EVENT DISCLAIMERS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*Giveaways are available while supplies last. Giveaways are only available to in-person attendees. Door prizes are only available to eligible, primary members in attendance at Annual Meeting. ^Members can get up to three total entries by completing any of the steps outlined in the 'Share Your Experience' section above. The Member Testimonial Door Prize Drawing will take place live on our Instagram page. The winning entry will have funds deposited into their primary share account on or before 5:00 pm on Friday, March 28. Members do not need to be present at the Annual Meeting to win. Entries submitted from 12:01 am EST, March 3, to 11:59 pm EST, March 25, are eligible for a chance to win. The Member Testimonial Door Prize Drawing is available to eligible primary and joint members. |
