The creditor and issuer of your credit card account has been changed to Elan Financial Services.

Your new credit card will be mailed by 10/23/25.

As soon as you receive your new credit card. Go to the website on the activation card or call the number on the back of the card to activate, then begin using it right away. Remember to destroy your old card. 

Yes, you will receive a new credit card account number. You will need to update any recurring payments, bill pay, and automatic billing with your new account number. This new number ONLY impacts your credit card with TN Members 1st FCU; it does NOT impact any of your other accounts at the credit union.

Your current rewards balance will appear on your new credit card account, and you will continue to earn credit card rewards points. 

In November, you will be able to redeem your credit card rewards points. Points can be redeemed online at myaccountaccess.com, the Elan Mobile App, or by calling the Rewards Center at 1-800-229-8864.

You may pay your credit card bill by:  

• AutoPay – Contact Cardmember Services at 1-800-558-3424
• Pay Online through the Elan Mobile App or website
• Pay by Phone – Can be done by calling the phone number on the back of your card.

No, this service cannot automatically be converted to your new TN Members 1^st FCU Account with Elan. You will receive AutoPay enrollment information after you receive your new credit card.
